Depending on the package or proposal selected, NIPSTec may provide the following services:

Clients are expected to provide accurate and timely information and access required to execute the agreed services.

• Business and company information
• Logo and brand assets
• Product or service information
• Images, videos and creative materials
• Website or CMS access where required
• Google Ads and Meta Business account access
• Analytics and tracking access where applicable
• Accurate pricing, offers and promotional information

Delays caused by missing information, access or approvals may affect the agreed project timeline.

Advertising media spend paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube or other advertising networks is separate from NIPSTec's professional service fees unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds or a valid payment method in their advertising accounts.

NIPSTec will use reasonable professional efforts to plan, manage and optimize campaigns according to the agreed objectives.

Performance may be affected by:

• Market competition
• Industry demand and seasonality
• Advertising platform algorithms
• Changes in Google, Meta or other platform policies
• Website speed and conversion rate
• Product or service pricing
• Brand reputation and customer reviews
• Competitor activity
• Advertising budget

NIPSTec does not guarantee a fixed number of clicks, leads, sales, revenue, rankings or return on advertising spend unless specifically agreed in writing.

SEO is a long-term process influenced by competition, website quality, content, technical factors and search engine algorithms.

NIPSTec does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic volume or conversion level unless expressly agreed in writing.

Social media services may include content planning, creative direction, publishing, account management, audience engagement and performance reporting depending on the selected package.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving content wherever approval is required. Delayed approvals may affect publishing schedules.

Where advertisements, graphics, videos or other creative materials require client approval, feedback should be provided within the agreed timeframe.

Once material has been approved, NIPSTec will not be responsible for inaccuracies that were already present in the approved material.

The number of revisions included in a package will depend on the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may involve additional charges.

Service fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed between NIPSTec and the client.

Services may be paused where payments remain outstanding beyond the agreed payment period.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the applicable service package and work already completed.

Fees for completed work, advertising spend, third-party charges and other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.

Any applicable refund will be processed according to the agreed service terms.

NIPSTec may use platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Instagram, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other third-party technologies.

NIPSTec does not control third-party outages, account restrictions, policy decisions, algorithm changes or technical issues caused by those platforms.

Clients should provide only the access necessary to perform the agreed services. Where possible, appropriate user permissions should be used instead of sharing personal passwords.

Clients remain responsible for the security and ownership of their business, advertising and digital accounts.

NIPSTec will treat reasonable business and campaign information shared by the client as confidential and use such information primarily for providing the agreed services.

Information may be disclosed where required by law or authorized by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that products, services, pricing, offers, claims and other business information published on their websites are accurate and compliant with applicable laws.

NIPSTec may recommend landing-page improvements to support campaign performance, but final responsibility for business information remains with the client.

Campaigns are intended to comply with applicable advertising platform policies and applicable laws.

Clients must not request NIPSTec to create or promote content that is unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or prohibited by advertising platform policies.

Ownership of final deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Third-party assets, software, fonts, stock images, plugins and licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

NIPSTec may temporarily suspend services where:

• Payments remain overdue
• Required information or access is not provided
• The client requests activities that violate laws or platform policies
• Third-party restrictions prevent campaign execution
• Continuing the service creates a legal, security or compliance risk

NIPSTec will make reasonable professional efforts to provide the agreed services. However, NIPSTec will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from advertising platform changes, website downtime, account suspension, algorithm changes, market conditions or circumstances outside NIPSTec's reasonable control.

NIPSTec may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, legal requirements or advertising platforms.

The latest version published on this website will apply to future services and engagements, subject to applicable contractual terms.
